Belt thing

This may sound stupid but ive been wondering why for ages now

On the fable 2 game box it shows the 2 heros right (pic below :lol both of them have a belt thing going around their chests, and on the back a few of the pictures have it aswell...
so is this belt thing ment to be in the game or not? because non of my characters have it and i cannot find it in game anywhere.

no I dont think there is sutch a thing in the game.

There was, but it was removed shortly before release (its somewhere... cant remember where... umm that shows it was there... apologies for lack of making sense, but I was clobbered around a bit the other night and my thoughts still arent my own yet.)

what items/clothing do i need to get my character like that, "good"?
I not shure were the belt part is but i think Digital is right.
