Brightwall Academy Glitch?

Not sure if this has been brought up before or not. I can't find anything on it. When you go into the academy and go straight you go down some steps into a kind of back room. The room is all messed up with things tossed about . In the back right corner there is a table on it's side and a book floating in the air. I can't figure out anything to do with it or why it's there. Also when you stand in the room i can here a lot of noise like i'm in a cave and wind and also i can hear gnomes talking. The room has been bugging the crap out of me for the past few years. Hopeing somebody can help me with it. Thanks.

I just discovered it and was wondering the sane thing. It's not a glitch but I don't hear any Gnomes. Just a lot if wind. I need help to.
