cannot claim my reward from the puppet show

i have done the puppet show on fable.com to recieve the expression book
so i can get completionist but i claim my reward but i still
cannot open the chest,
then i tried to redo it and still cannot open the chest,
it always says, go to fable2.com

Unfortunately you aren't the only one. It seems to be a server issue thats not getting fixed any time soon...
