Can't download English version

Hi I was sent here by xbox support, I'm having trouble downloading the English version of the game on my Xbox series s I live in Germany but my language is set as English. I can download an Eglish dub for the voice acting as an add on but all the text and menus are still in German. Is there a way to access the full English version? I bought the game on the market place when I lived in the UK and have downloaded and played the full English version in the past when I lived there

Have you already tried setting your location on your Xbox to the UK/wherever you're from?
