Can't get Apologize?

Well I got everything I need for "The Completionist" achievement. But I have one fatal problem, I can't unlock the appolgize expression. I was 100% corrupt/evil and turned to 100% pure and good. But I can't unlock it. Any clues?

I think my 'Apologise' Expression popped up after I had Stolen enough Items from people's houses

I was just going on a killing spree once and all of a sudden I got the apologize expression... try doing that lol

Yeah, apologize expression is not a real expression... like the thank you expression you can use during the spire quest
