can't reach bowerstone chest

I noticed a chest nearby the tattoo shop on bowerstone market. I cant reach it none of the homes have a back door and i cant get to it via the backyard of the pub.Its located between 2 houses. Anybody know how 2 get there?

Is that the one you can see between the gap of the furniture shop and the Pub? I have no idea how to get it either =[

its between the tattoo shop and riverside studios and i dont know any way 2 get there
