dead people and closed stores

Hi, Im new here and I think I have a problem. After playing through the game there suddenly appeared random people laying dead on the ground. Just random people. Is it ok? It doesn't really bother me but it sure is weird. And a nother thing is that the shops are always closed. Whats with that?

I ain't a glitch, it's the game.

After The Crawler came whit the darkness and so on, did many die. That's why many random people lie dead and the shops has no owners because they are dead.

The best thing to do is to transfer 6,5 million to the treasury and then sleep/wait a few days and the people should start coming back.
