Fable 3 Blue screen issue

I receently got Fable 3 for my computer. i installed it without issues, but when i try to play, the intro stuff like the lionhead thing come up fine, but the main menu screen is just a blue screen with a push enter button on it. there is also sumthing that says options and when i click on that i get options to start a new game and stuf. when i click that, i get this wierd blurry thing that looks kinda like a road and two hovering icons that say prince and princess. ive tried running on minimum settings, but it still dosent work. looking at the minimum specs, my computer should be able to run it but... isnt working. anyone know of a fix?

Intel Core 2 Duo (2.53 GHz)
750 gb HD, 300 gb free
8 GB RAM
NVIDA geForce 9400m, 256 mb VRAM
Intel Hi-Def Audio

Have you tried reinstalling? This sounds like your textures and models weren't installed properly.
