The Scimitar of Baron Slaying +3 X - I dont know if you need this as I heard it disappears after a quest?
I understand that this is a lot of weapons, but I have tried to get them myself, but no one is willing to trade.

The Scimitar of Baron Slaying does disappear after the quest you get it in, so it's not needed for the achievement. The Absolver, Champion, Channeler, and Inquisitor are preorder only bonus weapons, so they can't be traded, and there is no weapon called the mortar.
