Fable 3 tobacco bongs in aroura?

I was playing Fable 3 last night with my friend on what seemed like a fools quest when i noticed that there are items on some of the arorian tables that looked exactly like a tobacco bong. We also realized that you can change the decorations to have them on the tables. My question is are they for tobacco use or other purposes. Maybe that will explain why everyone in aroura is so nice to me. I am on a mission to swap out every table in my world with the arourian tables and decorate them with those awesome tobacco bong tables. I know they have odd fruit so maybe the they have odd tobacco for them there pipes. Lol
