Hello guys, I have a problem: where do I find the patch to translate the game in Italian? how do you install? I am grateful

Assuming we are talking about the PC version of the game then you can do it by going to Steam's
game library. Simply right-click on the game's name and select "Properties" navigate over to the
Language tab and select Italian from the drop-down list and afterwards hit close and wait for
Steam to download the necessary content.

You purchased Fable 3 for the PC, right? I reckon it required Steam.

Anyway you can always launch the game and press "3" on the main screen. Just navigate to the
Misc. Settings tab on the left and you should be able to change your game language setting.
