Fastest Way to Become Evil?

What is the best way to become full evil WITHOUT killing innocent people? I'm trying to get the completionist and I need two expressions from the evil side.

Sacrifice at Temple of Shadows.
Kill people.
Steal from stores.

That's pretty much it.

Well, I can't sacrifice people because I helped the ToL, so I will try breaking and stealing, and eating Crunchy Chicks.

I just killed everyone in Westcliff and a lot of guards and got full evil very fast.

The fastes way to get evil is to steal from houses if you dont want to kill anyone i just sold my bookstore went upstairs and stole some books slept for a week and repeated the process i was max evil in like 3 mins.

Ehh... When I wanted to get 100% evil I went to Rookridge and started shooting traveling merchants. Then to get back 100% good I gave money to the poor.

Everyone is saying ways that include killing LOL...I take it you don't want to kill because you don't want property values to go down or something...well...the only way to go evil without causing major damage to a city is: Food and Clothing...

Join the temple of Shadows if it still exists...put on the Shadow Worshipper outfit (found inside by joining or raiding) the outfit adds some evil points. There's a hairstyle in Bloodstone that ups evil. Tattoos in Bloodstone that up evil and then you can eat crunchy chicks. All ways to go evil that don't hurt people or the economy...
