FE wont work?

When i open up FE its just stays at the part where it has the logo and when I click it makes a noise but nothing happens. HOW CAN I FIX IT?

Try reinstalling it. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest smashing your face against the keyboard repeatedly. :lol: Just kidding. But seriously, if reinstalling it doesn't work, it might be because of your OS. Are you running Vista or XP?

OS is your Operating System. Right now, most people are either running Windows XP(better for modding) or Windows Vista. I've seen lately that a lot of people running Vista are having more problems modding Fable than people running XP. Anyway, did you try reinstalling FE?

I cant because McAfee wont allow me get to the FE download page

What do you mean? The McAfee SiteAdvisor won't let you go to the page? If that's the problem, just turn McAfee off for a minute while you download FE.

Yea, you could do that. But why not just disable McAfee long enough to download the file?

because im not the admin, and the admin would say "just go to another website", so ill just e-mail it to myself

Well, i double click the fable Explorer icon, then the window and logo pop up, but then nothing happens. Windows Task Manager labels it as "Running" even though its not doing anything

Hm, maybe you should try this. On the second post, there is a download link labeled "Fable Explorer Setup.exe" Download that, and run it, and FE should work. Make sure you have your previous version of FE uninstalled, though.
