I cant find scarlet slime dye anywhere i have nerly all 5 star dyes but scarlet is nowhere to be seen

Just keep checking in the richer area of Bowerstone. If it's nto there, sleep a day or two and then go back and look again. The clothign merchants will have them, just in case you didn't know.
