Underage drinking is under rated, at least in my school: "Look! I'm so cool! I'm breaking the law!"

Same here, only it's " Look, I'm so hood! I'm so cool! I'm breaking the law!"

Nothing but rich kids who didn't know what hood was unless it shot them in the head.
