hit switch on the driftwood islands?

can anyone tell me how to hit the melee switch which sits on its own island? it's driving me nuts swimming around it listening to its little siren noise go off.

You must fully build up Driftwood. There will be a ramp there eventually.

It requires the completion of three quests to be able to follow the twitch around the entire trail. The Quests are, Island Paradise, Giftwood for Driftwood, and Pest control. Pest control clears the Islands for the gypsies, Giftwood allows for the bridge to be built, and Paradise places a small ramp up to an otherwise unreachable ledge. You will know everything is in place once you earn the acheivment, but you may still have to leave the area and return
