My girlfriend has started cross stitching items and designing jewellery for another branching part of her online business and she made me a piece last night and it now has pride of place over the kitchen door and thought id share it here.

Now there's a nice way to decorate the home, from what I've seen of your house I think it goes very well and not all out of place like say the average gaming poster. She did a nice job.

Heh, I like how cross-stitching always looks like pixels. Fitting.

Yeah seem as though i have The Godfather framed picture and a Victoria Frances Vampire portrait in my living room this doesnt look that out of place in the hallway.

Yeah she wanted to do a modern twist on an old classic design and she said that she thought this matched our household perfectly.

I like that a lot :D

All my cross stitch stuff winds up looking horribly deformed...did a penguin ice skating once and it looked like roadkill in a scarf

Just going to be this in black on white background while she tests how it looks:

I didnt even notice the dragon in the logo is damaged on one side until I looked it up when she was doing it. Its in corner of my windows wallpaper and I see it every day and still didnt notice.

Is there anywhere I can buy these, or are they just for fun?

Click the pics. ^_^

Though if you use paypal Amy can send a direct invoice through to you for any that you may like. Postage to Australia is £2.50-£3.00 apparently (she tells me as I typed this).

Yeah she has sent quite a few to US, same postage as I posted for Australia above. For a kids room one of these would probably be better (she does any name and any colour text) just used her sons name as an example...

Unframed (CLICK PIC FOR LINK)

Example of how they look framed (though she doesnt send in frames overseas because of risk of travel damage)

She says thank you and is flattered by the comments. I shall post any other interesting gaming ones she does when they are completed.

That picture just screams 1980s, love it.

But what in bloody hell are those things on both sides?

Daleks from Dr Who :O first appeared in 1963 (so were there for the retro feel and the fact they were on the drawers too).

lol You'll have to forgive me, but I've never watched Dr. Who in all my life... shocking, I know.
