Apparantly you eat celeary, this gives you a -5% to fatness. Try it out

Try going a few in-game days without eating. That's what it used to take to get you skinny in the original Fable. Plus once you up your strength, you'll get more muscular and less fat (probably)

i have been looking for drinks to make me more corrupt lol SO what I would do is just keep buying celery, run everywhere and stuff like that. Celery makes you thinner. Try to sleep instead of eating food.

If you plan on using the celery diet then it would be best if you:
Sleep for 7 days at the inn in Bowerstone Market, then go to the produce trader right outside and buy your celery.
Repeat the process.
I've done this, also I believe that if you just travel around the map while doing quests you'll also lose weight. But for 100% method just sleep 7 days out then buy buy buy.
I also picked the Physique abilities twice, I haven't started the celery diet yet, and I believe I looked even more obese.

To get skinny. simply buy the Celery and Lush Celery from the produce vendors, and then go to a bed and sleep for 7 days, after sleeping for 7 days they got a new stock, and repeat that till u get fatness 0

I got kind of depressed one night when my character first turned into an ugly lard ass. Fable II has been the only thing that has got me to workout in about a year.

If you're planning on building up your corruption but you also want to be fit with no fat I suggest:
Buy and eat celery so you can lose 5% fatness, also buy fish so that you can build back your corruption by its -7% purity.
5% fatness = 1 fatness
I just figured out why I didn't have horns, I was maxed with evil and purity which resulted in blue skin with red eyes.

Yeah, I am a bit of a fatty, gotta go lose that double chin and those big jugs! And I will go and get some celery, and my fatness is only -9, so I shouldn't need TOO much celery.

My roommates and I stayed up playing last night and we made my ex make her character fat.
Slept for seven days, ate loads of pie.
We made her dance a bit.
Repeat.
Now she's a lard and is annoyed because she can't loose the weight fast enough.
