How many cities are there?

I know about Bowerstone and bloodstone but that cant be all of them?

There's Bowerstone and Bloodstone originally, there's also Oakfield. Also, depending on what quests you do, Westcliff will become one when you return from the Spire, also there may be others that require quests, but I'm not sure yet. All cities except the first two grow over the course of the game.

The is also the Gypsy camp. It's not much of a 'city' but it has properties and merchants.
