Legendary Weapon Question

Is it possible to get all of the legendary weapons by going into random people online's games and buying it from their stores? Or could I download a save and trade it to someone who will trade it back? How do I download saves if I play pc? every guide I found is for 360

Not all the weapons are from stores. Theres are 24 weapons that will only be in another's game. You must have all 50 weapons at once not just hold them for a period of time.
