Lost Hours of Gameplay. Help!

I just completed the quest regarding the holdup at the tavern, and when I changed zones within Bowerstone, suddenly, I was in the Shifting Sands and on the Desert Star quest, having lost hours of gameplay and millions of gold pieces. What can I do?[/COLOR]

[COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.8)]I can't even figure out how this happened. I must have had dozens of game saves after that point, why would it re-load to that point?[/COLOR]

If you have lost gold, that's easily fixable. Is there anything else? The game is not perfect, things like that tend to happen every now and then.
