Moding Question

I have only ever used an Xbox to play Fable but just last week I won a laptop and I have been playing Fable: The Lost Chapters, and I remebered the last time I was on that Sephiroxas had some really awesome mods, and that she knew how to put stuff in chests and could do that flying cheat thing... anyway I was wondering where to get that and if there is anyway I could copy it on a disk and put it on my laptop.
Cuz right now I am using computer at school. I don't have internet on me laptop...
