New 'Modder' Usergroup?

Hallo!

So, I was thinking... would any of you guys be interested in us creating an additional 'Modders' usergroup? Basically it would serve as a little way of showing our appreciation to those of you who continue to breath new life into Fable through the use of game modding. It means you (the modders) would get your very own usergroup button:

And a fancy new username colour (like how mine is blue) to match your sexy new rank button. There wouldn't be any major new benefits to becoming part of the 'Modders' usergroup, except for some extra recognition for your hard work.

Let me know what you think. Good idea or bad? Also, if you can come up with a better usergroup name than 'Modders' and sounds a little more... Fabley then feel free to suggest one.

I think it's a very good idea (where are we going to fit all these user bars in?? :lol and rightly so, the people who have helped many a budding modder get started deserve more than just tasty green rep...

sounds like a great idea but mabey you should put different ranks of modders so new people will know who to go to for the right help

Different ranks of modders, is an okay idea, but I think that would be going a bit overboard. If help is needed, it will be received.

Afraid not, no. It doesn't really work like that. That's a certain criteria that needs to be meet in order to qualify for entrance into the Modder's usergroup. I can't disclose just what criteria exactly simply because... I don't really know... it'll pretty much be a case of staff members deciding for ourselves who fits into this additional category.

I can see what you mean - there is a distinct similarity. I'll remedy this tomorrow when it's not so... midnighty. ^_^

That's a great idea. Sadly, it wouldn't be very easy to set up on my end. For every new rank of modder we think up, I would have to create an additional usergroup, which can become incredibly tedious to manage for me. It's basically limitations with the forum software too that holds this idea back.

Edit: Oops! I completely forgot! I've set up the new usergroup and added a few members to it for the time being while others are nominated; If you guys could go ahead and suggest a few names - that would be fantastic! At the moment I've only added Sephiroxas, droded, OldBoy, Marcopolo and Keshire to the new group... I think. I have a memory like a sieve so there might have been more.
