Problem with the mod files after downloaded

hi there,

i got a problem.
i just found this mod site and i loved it.
So i went to the downloads.
After i downloaded the mod apps like:

Fable Explorer
Albion Explorer
Free roam

i unzip the .rar files with winrar but when the files appeared on my screen the files had an blank icon and my computer doesnt know what filetype they are.

Example: Freeroam.exe isnt freeroam.exe but freeroam. (nothing) and the icon is blank.

i am running vista as an OS i dunno if that could be the problem?

i just want to mod and now i have this :'(
What can i do?

Does annyone have an idea?

Just download whatever you downloaded using a different browser and follow the various guides on that site.
