Project Natal+Fable 3=?

This might have already been discussed but how do you think Project Natal would affect Fable 3? I mean just as I read in another post "If you could pick up a guy and throw him off a bridge...:. Sounds cool to me.

Now I think that Fighting, Spells and Melee, as well as stealing would be a HELL of a lot more entertaining.:devil: Plus talking to characters with voice recognition would be fun.

voice recognition would be cool, also you can scan things in to NATAL and i have a huge sword collection... see where im going with this:shifty:

As long as it's been completely tested and is rid of all bugs, I'm all for Natal being used for Fable 3. I just don't want Fable 3 to be the guinea pig for Natal.

I don't know, putting those two doesn't seem like something I'd like to see. It might be pretty cool to get like your hero to respond to you or something, like if you make a face at it and the hero does an expression? That'd be cool. But I'd rather see something like Mass Effect 2 and the Natal thing together...that'd be awesome.

It will be fail if it's necessary. Project Natal isn't the future of gaming. It's the future of controller-less interactivity. While both can be used in conjunction, they are exclusive and should not be confused with each other, as so many developers seem to be doing. Part of the excellence of gaming which develops cognition, and eye-hand coordination is using a controller (or keyboard).

it won't be necessary to play it...but if you do use it i think that is what the entire "touch" system is about. it'll be available and offer the player a more direct experience with the game...but like i said, there will be always be fable the way it's been for those of us who don't like standing and moving when we play games.

it has only been confirmed that fable 3 will not "require" natal.
but lionhead themselves are the leading 3rd party behind it...so i'd bet money that they plan to use it to it's fullest.

Its a good idea - lets just hope it is actually good. I really dont want some buggy game with Natal. Plus, imagine running around in Natal? Jogging on the spot isnt one of my favourite past times....

i think it would be... okay i suppose if they implimented it like jesus himself was on the dev. team, but other then that if they dont make it optional then i just straight up wont buy the game. i dont give a sh it how good itll be itll just be the wii all over again

forcing a major xbox title to require an accessory wouldn't just be annoying. it would probably be the absolute worst marketing strategy of all time. natal will not be the center of the entire system, i would guess, until they build it into their next xbox console.

Fable III will not require a "Natal" camera. It will in all likelihood support it's use. The devs at Lionhead have stated that it will be primarily a controller based game.

I think it would be awesome, especially if you had the option to completely replace the controller with it, while also having the option of using a controller. I really hope natal doesn't cost more than $150 though if that, cause I'm poor.

No, oh god no. I don't want Fable 3 ruined just so it can have some sort of cheap gimmicky money maker which will work for first, but then the 50,000,000 people that bought it will never buy a game beyond the ones that come with it. Oh wait, that's the Wii.
