Okay, I know this is a petty thing to ask for, but I was wondering if there could be a +rep smiley, seeing as +rep is used a lot to signify, well, it's obvious. Just a suggestion, there are more things to worry about than a little smiley, but it would just be a good addition.

Just something that came to me. Since smilies here represent everything from being ****ed to laughing, why not add one for this?

Its not there yet, have to wait for Steve as i always got an error when adding to smiles last time and dont think its changed.

I'm going to be a rebel and type out a really long reason for giving rep, and at the end say "I award you with a single Rep Point." just to avoid the smiley.
