request a weapon or armour retexture

hi guys ive been doing a lot of retexture work recently and i feel im getting quite good at it so im willing to make any weapon or armour retextures you request.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
when i have finished a retexture and tested it i will post a link for a winrar that will be called for example:
<weapon or armour name> retexture for <username>.rar

in it will be the bitmap of the texture. i do this instead of fmp's because its easier for you to edit it and make it your own.

EDIT: do you want it for the normal assassin outfit or for the fire assassin outfit?

It's the same suit except the texture, but I think fire assassin would be easier to recolor

Assassin armor that is 2 toned white with black outline? and bright plate armor that is more golden with a black(or darker color) outline? please

• on fable explorer double click on textures.big
• then GBANK_MAIN_PC
• scroll down until you come to the TEXTURE_HERO_ files
• double click on TEXTURE_HERO_ASSASSIN_BOOTS_NEUTRAL
• click on open new
• it will say import format DXT1 and a drop down arrow. LEAVE THAT
• click browse then go to where you exported the .bmp's to
• select assassin boots then open
• next to the open new button it will say alpha: 1. change the 1--->0
• click apply changes
• do the same for:

TEXTURE_HERO_ASSASSIN_GLOVES_NEUTRAL
TEXTURE_HERO_ASSASSIN_SHIRT_NEUTRAL
TEXTURE_HERO_ASSASSIN_TROUSERS_NEUTRAL

now click actions---->save mods and run fable

woh crashed when i tried to view them in game. Im running windows 7.....soo idk if that matters?

Read carefully, follow instructions to the letter.DXT1; Alpha 0. Make sure these steps are done as instructed, else it will crash.

Windows 7 will not cause a problem unless it is Vista-esque with permissions, but it won't cause this problem, instead it will toss an access denied error.

lol skipped the 1>0 thing thanks. Also when starting fable from explorer i get a "Splash.exe not found" error but the game loads anyway, anything important?

as for the skin,i was hoping for more texture. The white makes it kinda look like a solid blob but the color is like i wanted it.
