Ghoul is a nice augment don't get me wrong, but isn't Hal's Sword really really weak? I figured you'd need to aug-it-out with all damage enhancers to keep using it in the late game.
I only played Fallout 3 for a little while over at a friends (he's going to let me borrow it when he's finished) and I have to say I was pretty freakin' impressed. It's very much like Oblivion except... well... better! Most importantly, there are no retardedly long load screens.
It's such a gigantic game. I might just buy it myself anyway.

It increases damage. That's all it does.
It's a rare augment that can only be found in a silver key treasure box in Wraithmarsh. There is only one in the game. I'm almost positive that there is just the one.
You can't stack more than one of the same augment in Fable II, so if you want to really upgrade your weapons damage then you have to use different augments with the same effect. You can't put two Devastation augments on one weapon. It won't increase the damage any higher.
The Lucky Charm augment increases damage and defense, so you can combine it with Devastation for more damage.

lol its funny how i was talking about selling it and somhow it got moved to hal sword and everything about it.......well i will give someone 1 day to reply to buying the code......after 1 day im just going to put it in and get the game from my friend just so i can c what it looks like...lol
