the Championship Cutlass and Pistol are unlockable weapons through the Fable 2 Pub Games. You have to beat the corresponding tournament and then a game trader will give it to your fable character in the actual game.

I can see why people would want the Highroller's Coat and other stuff that you may not be able to get in your version of the game, but stuff like Charle's Hat, Maelstrom, and Red Dragon can be acquired in the game any time (though red dragon can be a pain in the ass). Also, considering all the easy ways there are to get gold in the game (with or without glitches), gold is practically worthless.

P.S. I got Maelstrom and it may look kinda cool, but it's a pretty weak weapon.
