Hmm...strange. Well, I hadn't really planned for this, so I don't have a solution that is guaranteed to fix everything. What I'll do for now is make another tie breaker poll. This one will last for two days. Hopefully that will make a difference.

flip a coin, draw out of a hat, throw darts at your computer screen until you hit one of them.
tl;dr go random if you get another tie... or this time if you feel like putting an end to it. they are pretty clearly evenly matched, and a random draw may be the unbiased and fair way to go!
