I am missing the boots and the pants. Are they hidden somewhere out of the way or were they in the same questline as the other parts of the outfit? I don't remember if I found the parts I have over the course of one quest or not but I am looking for the rest of it.

the boots you get from Gordan the guy who takes you the knothole the first time and the pants you get on the first quest you do for the chieftain there in a chest at the end before you leave the big room on a pedestal by the exit

You have to have the boots unless you sold them accidentaly or some weird glitch i dunno

well if you remember where you sold them you can buy them back so there ya go and just back track in the ice shrine to get the pants.
