the necromancer in the colleseum

How do i get to fight the necromancer in the colleseum?i defeat all the spire guards and then....nothing!do i need to do something?!any help would be greatly appreciated!

the necro is right at the end, so youll just have to wait for him to appear. if you run out of time, keep casting slow time and eventually youll get him.
