I cannot purchase the merc Tattoo or the beard from the stylist becasue i went on a killing spree before i started the main quest to do so, the stylist is not respawning and whenever i go into the shop i am shooed out by the guards.
If someone could give me the Beard and the Tattoo ill give you 100k gold or whatever
