I'm not sure if this is what your asking but to get to Understone go to the factory just outside the opening to the sewars that connect Industrial to Mourningwood.

Oh and another thing I should say. Understone is not technicaly dlc, it downloaded almost instantly.

It downloaded almost instantly, for a dlc of that size it's not possible unless it was already on the disc and we just paid to unlock it

edit: also the shooting range seems to be a good place to get rare tatoos
out of 4 prizes (excluding the guns) I got Old kingdom LA, LL and RA and a beer keg
