Wanting Money, possibly items, and help with achievements

Yea, I played the game through and now all the townspeople are dead, so I'm starting a new game, and before I either get exsausted or over-discouraged with Fable III, I would like it if I could have a good Hero. So I'd like the money for the treasury with the King and all, and items.... they're not necessatry, but if anyone is willing to give away anything, than.... why not! And the achievements for obvious reasons. If there is anything that I can give back I will do my best
