Hey i was wondering how you change westcliff from bandits to a normal town.

If before you go to the Spire you give Barnum 5k gold he will "upgrade the town, changing the shooting range from shooting Innocents to shooting Bandits.

If you have already gone to the spire your oppertunity to upgrade Westcliffe has passed.

I gave that Barnum the money but it's still a camp, does it take awhile for that to happen?

when you give the money i think it changes after you goto spire

Yeah.You see Barnum three more times after your childhood if you do the quests that is.

Lol!Yeah.When I came back from the spire I completely forgot to go back to Barnum to collect my money and when I found him he was in Reaver's Mansion about to be shot dead.And I was like:No!Now i'll never get my money!Lol!

Give barnum 5,000 gold and when you return from the spire it isn't a bandit camp anymore
