Since that processor is a dual-core you should be able to manage for now, but I'd eventually upgrade to a quad-core if you want to stay on top of the newer games (I don't know what to recommend since I don't deal with Intel processors). Increasing your RAM would be wise in the long run as well, but other than that your system looks fine.

Oh also, do you know how many Watts are in your PSU/Power Supply Unit?

I would suggest getting a total of 4gb of Ram. Your CPU is fine and a gtx 460 is definitely a beast of a GPU. If you SLI two gtx 460s, they run graphics better and smoother than a gtx 480, and it's cheaper.

It should be. The gtx 460 is a PCIe 2.0 card and your motherboard supports PCIe. Even if it doesn't state 2.0, I've actually used PCIe 2.0 cards in PCIe slots, so there shouldn't be any problem.
