What this DLC?
I hear people talking about but don't know what is it...

( I also heard knothland (or something like that) DLC)

DLC is downloadable content,

and knothole island (think thats what its called) its going to be a new downloadable area in the future with new quests/items

Yes, pugsley has it. If you played the original Fable, then it's not the old Knothole Glade, but a new settlement settled by the guys from there.

yeah the DLC has loads of new stuff.
there's a new sword and armour.
but they're already in the LE of fable 2.
the sword is called hal's sword which looks like the energy sword from halo 2 & 3.
hal's armour looks like master chief's armour from halo 1, 2 & 3.
