Wife Disappeared- Spoiler

So I have completed the game--

My wife is Lady Grey. I have completed the game and now I am just working on random quests. I have a child with Lady Grey, and I left Fairfax Castle (which is where I live) and I did a quest then came back and she wasn't there. I have been searching everywhere for her. It's getting quite annoying, especially now since I have a quest that my son has wandered off and it says to talk to my wife. Well, it's a tad bit difficult to talk to my wife when she is no where to be seen. There is a highlighted trail leading to Fairfax Gardens to find her, but once I get there the trail disappears.

Am I pretty much just screwed and have no hope of recovering her? Or what? >.>

It depends.Have you tried going to the families section in quests/maps to teleport to her?

Ah, this is a glitch we've nicknamed "enjoy your fail, emo faggot". Caused by emos expecting the glorious pinnacle of gothic beauty that is Lady Elvira Grey to make sexy tiem with them. It's a game breaker mate.

Haha, +rep for not flaming me in retaliation. She is either stuck in the wall or has just wandered off. Do you still have the butler? He'll tell you where she is. If she;s stuck int he wall,t here's no way to get her out or divorce her. Sorry.

I think the topic has been burnt out. I dont think there's any way to get people out of walls, so you'll have to either ignore it and carry on regardless, or make a new character. Sucks, I know.

Had the same problem with my rich Fairfax wife.

I reloaded and moved to Homestead and the problem was solved.

Dunno about it, it's just a Fairfax castle glitch I suppose.
