won the highroler coat but its not there

ok so i placed in the tour in the pub games it says i have it on the pub games but its not in my inventory on my hero and the character merged
any thoughts

You have to speak to a Game Master and then when you stop "speaking" to him, (as in interacting, loading, playing, exiting), you will recieve what you've won if the characters are merged.
