Of in the distance stands the Spire, and I swam as close to it as I could be bothered to find under the water, a Big Lionhead Logo. I did take Pictures, but they looked like crap!!

There will be a quest were a guy in millfields wants to rebuild a bridge, give him the money and wait a while (do whateever to wait) and it will be there then just follow road

In one of the buildings in Bowerstone Industrial behind some boxes there is a small crate painted like the Big Blue Box logo from Fable.

I'm pretty sure that scene is a reference to Portal. The box is a Weighted Companion Cube. Also, did anyone notice the cake on the table next to the cell?

It's in the hideout in Bowerstone Market. The door is down the stairs by the waterfront on the opposite side from most of the shops and the castle entrance. Go in, take a left and go down the stairs. Keep going and the door will be on the right, before where you met ferret again. It's behind some boxes.
