Thats where they are. I'm not sure if they're available there the first time you go. Thats also where you get the chicken suit and feign attack expression after doing that flash game.

there hals sword from box in the guild part and the wreckenger sword is found in blood stone you go in to the water in the docks and then find a dive spot hold a takes you in to a bit called deadly hallows and go through it and ul find the sword

I thought Hals sword and the wreckenger sword came exclusively with the limited edition of Fable 2. I know thats how I got it, I had to enter the code I got after buying the limited edition.
