The Balverine plague later on, which makes no sense at all. - Well, actually, it does. It follows a levelling system akin to Oblivion etc.
The theory is clear, but to me this is illogical and annoying - baddies levelling is common, sadly. And crap. I'm a hero and thus improve as my use of Skill, will and strength increases. Why would the fighting quality of a bunch of scabby mercs improve as I do, or wolves suddenly become Balverines?
There would be no point in having Wolves or enemies you fought at lower levels remain when you've maxed everything out, would there?
Yes there would - enemies would learn to run like **** when they saw me, or to stay huddled in their trees until I was gone. As a hero at the height of my powers, I should be effortlessly mincing mercs and bandits, in a Chuck Norris manner. To keep the challenge level high, take the main quest to new areas, which have new and varied beasties in them.
The fact that the only crime ridden/dangerous area in F3's Albion (Millfields) is the posh home of the influencial and well-to-do. - I don't understand this point. F3's Albion isn't Millfields... F3's Albion is, well... Albion : src="

The inclusion of Millfields in brackets is to clarify that it is the area I was alluding to, not to infer that I thought Albion and Millfields were one and the same. BTW, you will notice at this point that I have not chosen to adopt a patronising or flamey tone.
The fact that the roads are awash with bandits and mercs, though you're the only person who ever travels anywhere. Again, not true. There is a quest where you have to escort a trader to Brightwall from Mistpeak Valley. Also, maybe the reason not many people travel is because of the number of bandits?
One bloke, who only travels as part of a quest? Hardly a valid counter to my point, PN. Where are the wanderers and normal travelling NPCs from F2?
Mourningwood Fort is manned (poorly), to absolutely no tactical purpose. - To be fair, Mourningwood is infested with undead. It isn't fully explained in the game, but this is where your own creativity can come in (apologies if you have none.) I like to think that once there was a large military presensce there, but was largely killed off by the Hollow Men.
OK, as a career soldier, I may be overthinking this...perhaps the Fort's original purpose was to contain the Hollowdudes and prevent them from infesting the hippy commune or Bowerstone?
The destruction of the monorail provokes no discussion, reaction or further involvement from you.- Ok, this one doesn't make sense. I truly don't know why LH put the monorail in the game, seeing as it serves NO purpose...
Agreed - pointless cutscene eye-candy.
Your effortless escape from the castle and casual abandonment of your chick make no sense. - It's not like Logan was trying to get you back, he just didn't anticipate your strength at the time, there would be no point sending out a long winded search for you. It's not really that hard to walk out of a castle and into a cave.
A tyrant King, who was willing to kill my gf earlier that day and massacre civvies for a peaceful protest, allows myself and Walter to oppose, contradict and diss him and doesn't even have us watched? I think not? Following that cutscene I was expecting to be confined to my room and have to bust out, not stroll through the garden!
Your instant acceptance, post masquerade, of Reaver? Please... - Well this one I didn't understand either, but you can still try and fill in the blanks yourself. Reaver was there to provide and alternative to the decisions posed by Paige, Walter, etc. If I were King, I'd like to have as many options open as possible.
For me, the only options I wanted w.r.t Reaver were whether to hang or impale the ****. Exile at the very least. keeping him around?.....wouldn't happen.
Where are the rest of Albion's towns/areas? - Again, nothing can explain this, it's annoying, so are Lionhead. Deal with it.
Agreed.
Brightwall, Silverpines etc have no schools? - What's your point?
That the towns are unrealistic?
Still no horses in Albion? - Horses suck.
Err...Ok. However, along with the wheel and fire, they are a fundamental factor in our development of civilised society. We're to believe that Albionites enjoy clockwork and steam technology, and have invented firearms, but...walk everywhere?
Decisions cost you money as King? - Ummmm.... yea? You need money to pay for stuff.
I suspect you know exactly what I meant by this, but chose to be trollish. The 'decisions as King' section of the game is dog****. All the options are 'be good and lose X, or be a turd and gain Y'. Utter bollocks.
Books etc are buried at random locations? Err...why? - Just run with it. In the first Fable there was tofu hidden in barrels.
Tofu in barrels, really?
Given that there is no wildlife in Mistpeak and no-one travels, what have the 80 million wolves been eating? - I wouldn't have thought I would have to get logical. Ok, let's look at Russia. Wolves are everywhere in Russia. Now, how many people do you think randomly walk around in Russia? I can tell you not many. As for the wildlife, wolves hunt in packs and live off little food for a while. There are actually rabbits in Mistpeak as well.
My point was that there's nothing in Mistpeak but mercs and wolves (and later Balverines and wolves) - perhaps I'm looking for too much depth again.
Why are the women all fuggly? - Look, if you wanna find some wanking material, look on the internet. I'd prefer to have depth to a game rather than which characters have nice tits.
Charming..and I suspect that, again, you deliberate miss my point. Statistically, it's impossible for Elise to be the only pretty girl in this game. BTW, the notion of 'cracking one off' to a game is......disturbing and...eww.:ermm:
Who's cutting down all the trees in Mistpeak? Anyone ever seen anyone with an axe in this game? - Ít's the woodcutting fairy. It only comes out once in a - GODDAMNIT IT'S A VIDEO GAME, RUN WITH IT.
Conceded - I have a tendency to overthink things, being a little OCD.
No-one comments/freaks out/appears to notice when you vanish (go to the sanctuary) every 5 minutes!? - True, but nobody comments or freaks out if you randomly cast a spell either. Idk...
Good point!
There's lots more, but these are the ones that raised my eyebrows! It seems LH's transition from RPG to...something dumber has left gaps for dedicated RPG nerds like me! - THEY EVEN SPECIFICALLY SAID PRE-RELEASE IT WASN'T AN RPG ANYMORE. GAAAAAAAARHAJHSFJLKAD;FKLJ.
