Village maker code help

I have two characters a good king and an evil prince on the bowerstone industrial quest.
A village maker code came with my game and I have not used it until now.
So far no quest has come up on either character, would I need to start on a new character for them to appear or will they appear after I play a bit longer as I am being impatient and have only waited 15 minutes.
Also is there a certain location that the villager appears at I have heard it is brightwall but I am not sure.

Any help is much appreciated

Just make sure you've restarted your game, and are also connected to Live. You should be able to see a new quest in the quest menu once you restart.

My character was in Brightwall, but it may depend on where you saved before you restarted your game.

I know have the villager in my game just had to restart as you said.

Glad to help! I was wandering around for almost an hour looking for my guy before I decided to try to restart my game xD.
