The Marksman 500 is part of the DLC and cannot be found normally. You automatically receive it if you purchase the 'Understone' Quest DLC once you've unlocked the Mercenary Shooting Range.

I'm not fully sure about how rare the Cook's Hat really IS, but would it be too much to ask for 2 (R) weapons?
I only offered the Sorrow's Fist because it's the only thing on your list I have an extra of. I'm cool with giving you something else, though. You're welcome to any of my other weapon doubles, unless you'd prefer a 'rare' make up/tattoo/hairstyle? Meaning any of the ones you can't find in shops. Because I've got 'em.

Well I wouldn't call them especially rare. You can't buy some of them. They can only be found in chests/as gifts/dig and dive spots. That makes them kind of rare, right?

The Goth make up (only purchasable if you have the Understone DLC, otherwise it has to be found.)
The Inkblot make up (only one per game. It's in a chest located in Understone. I'm unsure as to whether it can be traded.)

and I've got the 'Long' Hairstyle that some people consider to be rare.

Eh. That seems to defeat the purpose somewhat. Any chance I could trade you the Sorrow's Fist and simply 'borrow' the Chef's hat long enough to get the achievement and then give it back?
