How do you duplicate weapons?

I have a save that has every clothing item and every weapon. Is there a way I can duplicate them to another one of my accounts and a few of my friends? Thanks .

If you know how to mod you cant just change the console,and profile id's of the save. But im pretty sure F3 is mod proof. most of the new games are.
