For the last year and a half I swear me and my brother have some sort of problem.

You see, we have the urge to say "I'm just kidding" after nearly every single sentence we speak.

To give you some insight, we probably say "I'm just kidding" about 3 times for every 30 seconds we talk. No joke.

To make matters worse, it seems we say the words without wanting to. Sometimes we say it without knowing. Sometimes we say it as if it was a habit.

It sounds stupid I know, but it totally is true. We probably got through this a lot:

"You're gay, nah I'm just kidding."
"**** you! Nah I'm just kidding."
"What if that guy fell? Nah I am just kidding."
"(laughs) It funny cause he fat! Nah I'm just kidding."

Maybe that's not what our conversations revolve around, but the ending with "I'm just kidding" seriously is a true matter.

I literally say it off guard, without commanding myself to do it.

---

As if it couldn't be more worse, I notice I say it inside of my head when thinking of stuff.

"I wonder if *insert random thought here*... nah I am just kidding."

This is annoying to me, family, and friends. What the **** is going on with me!? Methods to stop?

Just make an effort, I used to say "whatever" instead of "okay" if I didn't really agree, I made an effort, I still say it but not nearly as much.

I have tried, and it worked only a tiny bit, however I am starting to gradually stop now.

if your antivirus can't remove it, it's too late to restart. you'll have to either get a copy of the operating system installation disc, learn to live with it, or get a new computer. considering the situation at hand, living with it is the only realistic course of action. even if some serbian hacker gets a hold of your bank account.

It's natural, just like rappers. They're born with the ''Y'know what 'm saying?''-disease. This, also, leads to annoyance of some other people. I know what you're saying, alright! But these guys seem less aware of the consequences, and let it be. It can be fought back mentally, but they don't do it. You, on the other hand, know what is going on, so you have the power to stop it. But it will take effort, young cricket. It will be a long road before you are a jedi-knight...

I'm just kidding.

This seriously doesn't interest me at all.

I'm just kidding.

Everytime say "I'm just kidding" just shout out, no matter what the situation or whereabouts, "AFRICANS". Because that will give you odd looks and cause awkwardness and therefore make you stop.

"You're so gay. I'm just kidding AFRICANS."

See my point there?

I get catchphrases like that in my head all the time. For instance, I say "Mad" a lot recently for when something has been good.

To try and train myself out of it just by pure force of will, and it works most of the time, but you have to be pretty on the ball.
