Reading Festival

I bought my ticket for the Reading Festival last night (REDing as in the location not REEDing) and I'm really excited about it. Anyone else going to any festivals or concerts this year? Curious to know what else is about.

I normally go to Download or Sonisphere Festival but been trying to save cash this year so probably end up missing them both. Some good lineups there this year again too.

I'm hoping to go to Belladrum(Tartan Heart) Festival. Good fun - - if I can get a ticket. But I'm afraid I may have left it too late. It's incredibly popular around here with the kids. That and Rockness, and I'd never get a ticket for that. Even if I bought it on the release day, sh*t sells out almost instantly. And that makes Queenie sadface.

My whole family typically work the more mainstream festivals every year. T in the Park and V Festival mostly. But way things are these days with employment lists, it's all down to favouritism and Queen doesn't get favoured 'cause Queen's not a kiss-ass. And so this also makes Queenie sadface.

Probably just end up going on a trip somewhere. Haven't left the country for a while so would be nice to get my foreign juices going.

Well I'll be going to some small time raves in San Francisco over the summer, and there's one during my spring break next week. Other than that, I'm kind of just waiting on The Strokes and Robert Plant to announce tours (if dear old Mr. Plant decides to do another one), and I might go to another Grateful Dead show with my brother (they're not actually the Grateful Dead anymore, they're called Further, but still).
