F.E.A.R 2
You are a different person now, in a different SpecOps branch, at a different area of the city, you invade the headquaters of Armachan Corporation (The corporation responsible for Alma, Paxton and the Muppet Soldiers, excetera) to find files related to all of this to take down Armachan, your character is haunted by Alma, as you finish your objective the explosion from the first game happens, you and your team are all Incappacitated, Armachan saves you and most of your squad, they begin operating on you and another squad member, you both are augmented with superhuman abilites, he dies in the process you live, you wake up in the hospital, no one seems to be there, you escape the hospital finding out your squad already has and is waiting for you, along the way Alma seems to take a liking to haunting you, as the game progresses it turns out the augmenting made you a "Pizza at a Cosplay, she knows your there, she can see you, she can smell you, she wants to devour you." Alma's haunting become more and more often and physical, at the end of the game's clusterfrak including fighting Muppet soldiers under Alma's command, Armachan Corporation soldiers and mutated/spectral creatures drawn to your presence in the ash smothered ruins of the city, you find out you can destroy Alma through a device located under where the reactor was, as you strap yourself into the device, one of your allies betrays you in order to keep Alma "alive" to try to harvest her again, as you are already strapped into the advice you can't stop her, Alma enters the device with you and you are drawn/hallucinised into a void land where you must fight an old friend possesed by Alma, as he distracts you, Alma's ghost rapes you in real life, after this sequence is over it shows Alma pregnant.


F.3.A.R so far shows Alma in child birth, you play as your F.E.A.R 1 character again and Paxton is somehow alive.

F.E.A.R: You are an Elite soldier with "Off the charts" reflexes recruited into the "First Encounter Assault Recon" or "F.E.A.R" team, they investigate supernatural cases such as the mission in the game. A Psychic "Controller" named Paxton Fettel escapes his security ward, Paxton's roll was to remotely control up to a thousand Geneticly Augmented "Muppet" soldiers (Meaning they freeze like stones when not being controlled by a psychic Controller) and a supernatural force is helping him, a ghost of a little girl, as the game progresses you find out that the ghost girl is Alma Wade, the daughter of Harlan Wade, the owner of the corporation who created and owns all these genetic experiments such as the Muppet Soldiers and Paxton, and that you are Alma's son, and so is Paxton Fettel, you are brothers... As it turns out Alma when she was alive was an extremely powerful Psychic, her father tried to harness her power, but he could not tame her, so at the twelve he had other Psychics (Of a much lower power) rape her in order to create a child capable of being controlled and harnessed, when you and Paxton were made, you were sold to the Government and Paxton stayed with them, Alma had the plug pulled on her life support at age 17, it took her over a week to die with no oxygen, food or water. By the time you learn this though, you have killed your Brother. As your team extracts the city a Nuclear Power Plant explodes in the city which you were investigating, your helicopter escapes the blast, but Alma also climbs on board as the screen fades to credits.
