If you are going to go for gold for the year, then via PayPal you ought to be able to cancel the subscription by going to the relative section within PayPal - we can't stop it for you our end. Provided your sister has a paypal account this should be straight forward to sort out - just remember when you started being a gold supporter and make sure you end the subscription before the renewal date.
